Locally Sourced And Seasonal

We use as much locally sourced and
seasonal produce as possible. For example,
cream and milk comes from a local farm.
The taste alone of our billberry, damson, or
rhubarb is reason enough for us to go to the
trouble. That’s even before you calculate the saving in
food miles or our contribution to the local
economy.
