Damson

Locally sourced from abandonned orchards which one supplied the jam factories of Lancashire. These wonderful tart fruits make a delicious ice cream and sorbet.

Billberry

“The special one.” Picked from local moorland for the unique flavour and deep colour
they provide; a labour of love to collect. We can only offer this flavour for a very brief
period so if you see one – grab it!

Strawberry

Sourced from the local market. If British fruit isn’t available then we don’t make it.

Lemon

Our simplest ice – refreshing and sharp.

Bananoffee

Using real bananas, no luminous yellow colour here!

Hazelnut

Containing only top quality roasted hazelnuts….mmm!
